   Meghan’s life changed when a dragon burst through her classroom window. At the time she was daydreaming about a dream she had the night before, instead of focusing on her Spanish work. She knew the answers though. It was easy to her at least. The boy was calling to her, calling Meghan by her true name. It was about a boy who looked exactly like her. Well, almost exactly like her. He had a golden day streak in his dark brown hair.  She, on the other hand, had a platinum moon streak in her hair. Still, she felt like she knew him.  Then the nightmares came on their daily time, waking her up in a pool of sweat.  Some people thought it was cool she was born with a platinum moon streak in her own hair . Others found it weird. But to her, it was just a burning reminder of….  ¨AHHH!” someone screamed. 

Meghan jumped back to reality and saw that a huge shadow was hurtling itself down to the small town of Stoughton. “ What is that?” said Jasper, a boy who constantly bullied her about the reason she was, well…. Different.  “Meghan’s cousin probably” said Jacob, Jasper’s twin. Jasper smirked, then  his apple seed sized brain remembered what was happening. The “thing” landed right in front of OMS, her middle school. “ I don’t know !” said Mr. DeAndrae her Spanish teacher. It….can’t be. Thought Meghan.  Hesitating to say it, she saw the look of fear on her classmates.  Even though most hated her, she would never wish torture on another, no matter how angry she was. Though it proved not to be easy. And besides, maybe they would not have to finish their work. “ I KNOW WHAT IT IS!” shouted Meghan as she stood on her seat. “ It is the GREEN DRAGON! It controls the element of earth!” Meghan explained. Mr. DeAndrae looked confused. Oh great job Meg, you really messed it up this time. Only a few ( including Jasper and Jacob) knew about her dark secret. And all of them used that for their own purposes. To take her lunch money ( which she usually didn't have) , to harass her, and all around be first class jerks. But everyone knew something was strange about Meghan.  They just could not connect the magic dots. And that was lucky, for Meghan.  “Um...Oh remember the Winx founded in Boston? They fought this on one of their adventures !” Her classmates nodded. Everyone knew about the Company of Light aka the Winx, a group of six girl fairies and one boy fairy who had magical powers. But no one knew who could only summon the dragons like this one. No one, well except….Meghan. She shuddered at the thought. He couldn’t be back. He couldn’t.

 Suddenly, a flash of light was just outside the classroom. Everyone ran outside to see seven people fighting the dragon. All of them had wings. Six girls and one boy. “ IT’S THE WINX !” screamed Sasha ( another bully ) with an amazed expression on her face. It seemed like everyone in the whole school was outside and had the same expression like the one on Sasha’s. Everyone except, Meghan. It was more like terrified plus what the heck is going on multiplied by amazement.

 A brown haired blacked skin fairy wearing a sea like dress shouted “WATER VOLT!” A blast of sea green magic hit the dragon right on the tail. But it did not work. Aisha, fairy of waves thought Meghan. A girl with fiery red hair shouted “ FLAMES OF BRAVERY!” A blast of fire bolted at the monster and spanked him on his fore leg. But the spell did not work too. Bloom, fairy of  the dragon fire.  It was a good move, though. This is so weird. Why didn’t the fairies know the dragon’s one weak point? Then she remembered that they used The Pearls of Earth to calm them down. They probably assumed using the special powers from the pearls would work. But that was on this dragon’s descendants. It wouldn’t work on him.

 Suddenly, a boy fairy with spiky shaped, gold, brass and blue wings was hit out of the sky while tried to sneak up on him. He landed right in front of her on his back. She winced. Wait, he looks...familiar. His eyes were shut. His head was bleeding a lot. He was hurt. And that made Meghan angry. She didn’t know why, but it did. “ HEY DRAGON!” yelled Meghan. It turned around and smiled a grotesque smile at her. Oh great, it came for me. She eyed the dragon’s forehead, in which a gold marking shimmered. The symbol of earth. A surge of power flowed through her body. She started glowing and started levitating in the air. She only glowed when she was about to.. she pushed that thought out of her mind. This glow was more brighter. And what was with the floaty thingy? “ ESSENCE OF MAGIC!!” Meghan yelled. A blinding glow shot right out of her hands and right on to the special marking on the dragon’s forehead.  The Green Dragon Of Earth disappeared into a pile of ash rock covered in  fine green sparkles. 

 The whole school was staring at her. How did she do that? The six girl fairies ran towards her as she landed. Well, actually she fell, as the magical burst of energy abandoned her.  A huge pain went up her leg. Probably busted her ankle.  The boy fairy was groaning, but he was standing up and looking at her. Her stomach twisted into a huge pretzel. Now she knew why this boy looked so familiar. It was the same boy from her dream.  And judging from the shocked look on his face, he had the same dream as her, but about Meghan. A blond haired fairy,  named Stella, fairy of the shining sun broke the  awkward silence  “ How did you DO THAT?!” Meghan did not know. Usually her curse would make darkness come out, but it never caused a blast of a…..thing before. What was that? Thought Meghan. Bloom stepped forward. As the unofficial leader of the Winx she was very wise and kind. “Excuse me, but do you have a name?” said Bloom. She looked so kind that Meghan told. “ Um, my name is Meghan, Meghan Campbell.”  They looked at each other, and smiled. “ I am so glad we found you Meghan, because that is why we came here.” said Bloom, “ Because there is something special about you.” Meghan thought Did they know? But they looked like they didn’t. Usually people who knew about her curse screamed and ran away from her and called her a witch and tried to call the police on her or take advantage. The fairies were doing none of that. “ What?” Meghan asked. Aisha stepped right next to Bloom. " Because Meghan, by the way AWESOME name, you are the Fairy of Magic." And when Aisha said that, Meghan fainted.

When Meghan woke up, she was on a bed in a strange room surrounded by flowers and medicines. Some were regular human medicines, some were ones she never even knew existed. I must be in an infirmary, but this one isn’t the one in OMS. She recalled fainting after Aisha told her that she was the fairy of magic. “ Yeah right, and I’m in a college for fairies.” she said sarcastically to herself, thinking she was alone. “ Your right, you are in Alfea , a college for fairies.” Meghan quickly turned to see a boy about her age sitting in a chair. He had a bandage wrapped around his head,  but otherwise, he looked okay. He got up, winced, then came to her bed. He sat down right next to her legs. I When the black spots from her eyes vanished, she realized that this was the boy fairy from the Company of Light who got knocked out of the sky by the dragon. Also, Meghan remembered that this boy was the one from her dream. He had dark brown eyes that were so dark, it was like he had no pupils. Fair skin with a couple freckles surrounded his body. Standing up he was 5’2. His hair was dark brown that at the top near the scalp, it was midnight black, but at the tips, it was a little blonde. His hair was cut short, yet it had a little wave into it. His smile was friendly like hers and had a little tip that could easily become either a smirk or a frown. In short, from head to toe, he looked almost like her. All except for that solid gold steak that could make you stare for hours. 

“ Hi, I’m Tony, and you must be Meghan” said Tony. He smile looked friendly, but his eyes had this curiosity in them, with a hint of, well fear. Meghan was used to that, but, strangely from this stranger, it hurt a little. Meghan put that thought into her dungeon of sadness near her heart. He held his hand out, ready for it to be shaken. Meghan shook his hand with a smile on her face. Suddenly, as their hands touched, a glow started to radiate from their bodies. Tony’s glow was sun gold, while Meghan’s was platinum. Her eyes shined like the Christmas Star. It was just like their streaks of hair. It swirled around Tony’s head while it also swirled around Meghan’s ankle, which she had sprained it from landing too hard from that levitation episode.  They started levitating in mid air. Their auras grew brighter. All but soon, the glowing stopped, leaving both 12 and a quarter year olds confused more than they already were.

“ What…...was that?” said Tony. He did not understand how that could happen. He has seen glows before, but nothing like this. He looked curiously at Meghan, hoping she had an answer to this. “ Um, I don't know. Magic?” Yeah, that is obvious. He could not bring himself to say that though. This girl needed an understanding of magic, not sarcasm. “ Wait, My head doesn’t hurt anymore. What about your ankle?” asked Tony. Meghan eyed her ankle, then ripped of the bandages. She moved it around. Meghan got up, then tested it out by walking. Then she danced around in circles. It looked perfect. “Hey! I can move it! It's healed! Wait, test your head.” Meghan said excitedly. Tony carefully took of the bandages. There was no bump. Not even a scratch." Woah, that is SO COOL! Like, I had no idea that I could do that.” said Tony. “ Unless, maybe we did it together.” Meghan told him. Meghan Campbell and Tony Wyzek to Mrs. Faragonda’s office please. “ Mrs. Faragonda?” asked Meghan. “ Oh she's the headmistress of the school. Kinda like a principal.” explained Tony while walking with Meghan. Tony could not get over the fact that Meghan looked like him.  And the fact that she was the fairy of magic. Tony did not know what he was the fairy of, but he hoped it was good. 

When they got to the office, Tony saw that the rest of the Winx was there.  Musa, fairy of music; Tecna, fairy of technology; Stella, fairy of the sun; Aisha( his cousin, long story) fairy of waves; Flora, fairy of nature and Bloom, fairy of the dragon fire were discussing something with Mrs. Faragonda. “Ah, hello Tony. Good to see that your head is better. And this must be Meghan. Why hello dear. I am Mrs. Faragonda.” said Mrs. Faragonda with a smile plastered on her face. But Tony could see the worried lines on her forehead and the worriness in her eyes. Something must be wrong. But what? 

“ Now everyone we need to talk. I am sorry, Meghan that we can not give you a proper tour and assign you to a roommate, but this is important.  This is about the dragon, Meghan ( Meghan seemed to look terrified when she heard her name), the enemy that we are facing here ( Meghan looked even more terrified at that ) and a….family matter. ” Tony looked up from his lap. Family Matter? The only family in the group were him and Aisha, and he was fine with that. ¨ First, the dragon. Now, does anyone know which dragon that one was?”asked Faragonda . Meghan slowly raised her hand. ¨ That dragon was the Green Dragon. It controls the element of earth.” “ Very good Meghan.” said Mrs. Faragonda with concerning tone. Meghan slowly slunk back into her chair. “ Yes that is correct. That dragon is the ancestor of the dragons you used the Pearls of Earth with in China. And that special marking on his head was the only way to get rid of him.” said Mrs. Faragonda.  “ Now the second thing is the enemy and Meghan. Who can only summon the dragons of legend and cause a curse to be put on someone very powerful?”  Silence. “ Well who is it? ¨ asked Musa. Tony was wondering too. ¨ Meghan knows.¨ told  Mrs. Faragonda glancing at Meghan. Meghan shrunk in her chair even more than she already was. Mrs. Faragonda smiled an encouraging grin at Meghan, who took a deep breath. She said a name that chilled his bones. ¨ Draegan¨. Meghan grew so scared, she screamed. All around the school, everything went dark. 

Thank the gods for Stella thought Tony. After it was dark, she cast a spell that made the lights go back on. Meghan looked shy and nervous as to the incident. ¨ Yes, that is right. Draegan, sparrow men of dragons, evil man who bossed every worse villain in the world, no soul and banished son of Poseidon. ¨ said the principal. Tony shot up like a rocket trying to achieve lift off ¨ WHAT?!¨ Tony yelled. Draegan was his brother? Tony suddenly did not feel good. ¨ I think.. I am..going to be ...sick. Uhhhhhhhh. Tony started to run to bathroom, but unfortunately, he did not make it. He ended up getting sick in the trashcan. All the fairies, including Aisha , who had a look of disgust upon her face considering just finding out that Draegan was her cousin, looked at Tony with concern. After five minutes and a towel, Tony sat back in his chair. Meghan looked at him. Suddenly, he heard Meghan’s voice in his head. Are you okay? Tony was shocked at first, then he tried to see if he could do the mind speaking. Yeah, I’m fine. If  fine counts still feeling sick to your stomach because you found out that you have a crazy sociopath for a older brother. Meghan looked shocked, then she gave him a smile, telling him that she heard him. Tony still had a question. How was it possible that Meghan and himself could do that? Then Mrs. Faragonda spoke again. “ Yes Draegan.  But that was the first answer. Who did he put the Curse of Night on?¨ ¨ The Curse of Night?¨ asked Tony ¨ What is that ? ¨ Mrs. Marigonda said ¨ The Curse of Night is a curse that makes the person make night when she/or he is mad, sad or feels something big. And it was only put on one person. A girl who has a platinum streak.¨ With that, all the pieces fell into place. How Meghan knew about the dragons, her streak, her fear and hatred against Draegan and her causing darkness when she was scared. ¨ No….way¨ said  Bloom¨ Yes way.¨ admitted Meghan ¨ I have the Curse of Night. 

“ Please don’t tell anyone about this secret. I just got to a new school on a fairy importance scholarship even though I’m 12, by the way thank you, and I do not want my school year to start with the new girl ME to be center of gossip. Trust me, it’s painful.” said Meghan with a worried tone. She also had an undertone that said If you mess with me and break this promise, I will personally blast you into oblivion and take away your powers. Permanently  noticed Tony. “ We promise.” said the Company of Light. “ Wait” said Tecna “ You said there was a family matter. Who’s got a cousin now?”  “ Well……. it’s not a cousin this time. Actually, it is a brother-sister routine” Mrs. Faragonda explained. “ …...Meghan, Tony face each other please.” “ Now, there is no easy way to say this but...” Started Mrs. Faragonda before Stella interrupted. “ OH COME ON! IT'S OBVIOUS! I mean LOOK AT THEM! THEY ALSO HAVE OPPOSITE COLOR YET MATCHING STREAKS IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE! AND THERE BOTH 12! THEY PROBABLY HAD A MIND-READING CONVERSATION RIGHT NOW! Uhhhh. Tony, Meghan YOU ARE TWINS!” Screamed Stella. And when those words left her mouth, Tony and Meghan fainted. Again

 5 days after the dragon and news. Meghan is at Alfea and is doing work.

Meghan flashbacked to day 1 at Alfea. She thought she could count on her friends to keep her secret. Apparently, she should have made Stella sign a 20 page contract that had no loopholes. It was the day after she found out about her being “special”. She was doing work when she saw Drew and her friends (which was like 20 people) holding up a sign that could easily be seen from 40 feet. Meghan saw her name and the words Curse of Night.  The lights started to flicker. And when she read the full thing, she grew steaming hot and ran upstairs to the members of the Company of Light’s rooms. She could not believe someone pulled an Echo and tattled on her. Oh..., she was going to make them pay. A room door with a flower and a flame was in front of her. Flora and Bloom said they had nothing to do with it. Meghan believed them after putting a truth spell on them. She teleported ( one of her powers, since she was the Fairy of Magic, she literally controlled anything that was magical, which meant every power in existence and non existence was hers) to Musa and Tecna's room. Musa sang that she didn’t tell anyone.  Then Meghan went to the computer lab and found Tecna . Again, she said no. Meghan did the same thing to Aisha’s( her cousin gave her hug, it helped a little) and then Tony’s ( her twin asked if he could come, she said no, even though she wanted to say yes) and then she finally landed right on Stella’s bed. Meghan could see fashions where the eye could see. Stella saw her and said “ Hey Meghan, wanna see my new dress?” Meghan could see something very pretty but she said “Stella, did you tell anyone about MY SECRET?!” “ No.” said Stella. Meghan rose an eyebrow then sighed of relief. “ TRUTH SPELL! “ she shouted. A warm glow came from her nails to the edge of Stella mouth. Her eye twitched and then she said said something horrible. “ I wrote about it. I wrote about it on a piece of paper and it slipped under my door. Drew ( Meghan really wanted to smack Drew’s head ) must of read it. I couldn’t hold it in. Sorry!” Said Stella with a  sincere look of apology. Meghan then wished she didn’t sigh a relief sigh. “ WHAT!!” Meghan saw the lights outside starting to dim even more than they were. Tony apparently followed her by running with the rest of her friends behind him. “ What…..breathe... is….breathe...going...breathe...on?” Asked a very out of breath Tony. Meghan told them how Stella found a loophole in the promise and wrote her secret down then accidently dropped it under her door and then Drew had found it and then told the school.

 

Aisha and Bloom had to hold back Tony at this point. Tony looked like he wanted to strangle Stella and or Drew. Hopefully Drew. ¨ DREW! That no good, really stupid, former shell of a tan lady who has a brain as big as a seed. I WANT TOO….¨ Tony ranted. Meghan had to stop him from saying the rest by covering his mouth. Then she gave him a hug. When Tony first learned about them being twins, he avoided her. He was just weirded out. And, he was jealous of her being so powerful. The Fairy of Magic was his twin? He hated it.  He didn’t even know what his power was his.But, two nights ago  in their room they started talking about themselves and became best friends. 

Meghan’s flashback ended when she realized she was starting to tear up. Suddenly, the she devil herself, Drew, came up beside her while gossiping with her friends, making sure Meghan was within earshot. ¨ Hey look. Draegan Junior is doing her thing again.¨ said Drew. “ HAHA weirdo.” said Tasha, Drew’s second in command. Another girl named Layla said “Yeah, no wonder Draegan cursed her. Probably did it because she will never be a  good fairy.” “ Hhmm, More like a …...WITCH!! HAHAHA!” cackled Drew, sounding more like a witch then Meghan. Meghan’s curse was feeding off of her anger. She had lessons with Bloom to help control her curse, but sometimes she really couldn’t. The best time when she has it under control is when she was with Tony. She felt whole. Probably a twin thing. Then Meghan almost exploded when she was suddenly covered in a potion that would make you shrink. Of course, it did not affect her. The teachers said because since she was the fairy of magic, most magic could not harm her. She argued then how did Draegan put that curse on her. The headmistress told her about Poseidon, Aisha’s uncle, and one of her two fathers. The other was a mystery to Meghan, but she guessed that Faragonda had a very good idea and had an exact and accurate.  As god of water, he controlled water. He lived in the sea of Andros, but his palace is called Andronesia. She is the only daughter of Poseidon, which explains why she has more powers than most demigods. When Draegan came at her blessing ceremony, and cursed her, all the gods from every culture blessed her to cancel out the curse ( plus, she was so cute!) But it did not work. But it made her more powerful. Draegan then attacked, and Poseidon turned her mortal and sent her oldest brother to Earth with her and left her on her Earth mother’s steps. She survived, but her oldest brother did not. She said some good things about him (Meghan was still looking for more information). But still the potion made her look like a doofus. In front of everyone. Drew was laughing her head of. “ Oops! I guess it doesn´t work on WITCHES! HAHAHA!”

Suddenly, the ground quaked beneath everyone. It was shaking. A heart shrilling, fear implying roar interrupted class. Flames of different colors heated the room. Professor DumbleDore (Meghan was laughing her head of at first, then she asked if he was from Harry Potter. He actually said yes ) said ¨ Come students get outside QUICKLY!!¨ Everyone ran outside not in an orderly fashion. A plum purple fire tornado shot out from the window, heading straight toward her twin, Tony. Bloom used a flame catcher to catch the fire. Green flames tickled the room, causing everything to burn. He’s back thought Meghan. And Meghan was not happy about it.

When she got outside, Meghan saw that the fight was already on. Fairies were transforming to battle the huge army of dragons. Professor Sandelon shapeshifted into a  male griffin and starting playing a dangerous game of tag with a green dragon with purple flames. Meghan saw Bloom already flying above, trying to take away the dragon’s flames. Aisha was soaring to a place on the school that was on fire, quickly extinguished it with her ocean powers. But they needed help. My turn thought Meghan. “ Winx Transform! MAGIC WINX...BUTTERFLIX!” Shouted Meghan. Meghan started levitating. A rainbow light surrounded her, forming her Butterflix outfit. The dress top had a magenta chiffon with all the colors of the universe, while her bottom dress part looked like the wings of an immortal rainbow butterfly. A belt of wishing stars wrapped around her waist delicately. More colors and crystals made a headband tiara with a four pointed star on her head. Cloud like silk made two ribbons wrap around her feet, forming her shoes. Sparkles were aligning near her center back. Suddenly, two gorgeous bright aqua and  pale platinum wings with crystal moons and  water swirls, snowflake diamonds and fire rubies appeared. The designs took a shape of a dragon. The fire rubies flickered, making the dragon’s eyes look like they were glaring at her enemies. Her wings reflected the rainbow. “ Meghan! Fairy of Magic!” The light was gone, and everyone saw Meghan flying in mid air. 

The dragons seemed eager to attack me thought Meghan. She knew why of course.  They were reckless, had no feelings, just like their master.  But Meghan was not going to let them destroy her friends, her school, or her twin. A huge black dragon swept toward her.“ Poseidon’s Trident!” A turquoise magic shaped like her dad’s trident hit the dragon right on the tail, making it disappear. Then a yellow beast shot right in front of her. First a black one, now a yellow one? Okayyy.. Meghan thought. “ Hypnos Sleep!” A white pillow image gently rested on the yellow dragon’s head, making it sleep forever. She kept flying. She had to get to the center of the flying monster tornado. That is where she would find the cause of this attack. She saw Aisha still trying to stop a fire. Meghan went off track to help her. “ Golden Rain!” A gold cloud made its way to Aisha, and it started to rumble. Drops of heaven fell on the flames. In two seconds, nothing was left of the fire. “ THANKS COUS!” Shouted Aisha who now was flying toward Musa , who needed some help beating a orange dragon with insect like wings. Meghan waved, now back on her way to the center of the problem. A ruby red dragon swirled around her. A hurricane was forming on both sides of her. Meghan teleported out of the storm. “ Pluto’s Treasure!” Jewels, gold and more precious items appeared right in front of the dragon. As soon as he saw it, he grabbed all of it, which was his fatal mistake. Suddenly he screamed in agony, and the dragon was gone. Everyone knew that a dragon loved shiny things. And everyone knew that Pluto’s treasure brought bad luck anybody, except to Meghan. She was immune. Then a blue dragon came out of nowhere. It started chasing Meghan. Meghan knew this one was a legendary one, since it’s forehead had a special symbol. “ Hephaestus Hammer!” Yelled Meghan. A flaming hammer the size of a humpback whale hit the monster on its forehead on the mark. The dragon spun around dizzily, then was knocked out cold. Almost there, almost… Suddenly, Meghan saw Bloom getting attacked by three dragons breathing fire, and losing. It was obviously a new thing for her, for fire to attack her because she looked scared out of her mind. “ YO DRAGONS ! TAKE THIS. DIONYSUS CRAZINESS!” Meghan shouted at the top of her lungs.  A vine of red and purple grapes with a purple glow lassoed itself onto the threat. The dragon ate a grape. Suddenly, he started doing the chicken dance. Dragon number 1  then started attacking his friends, Dragon 2 and Dragon 3. After a quick fight, all of the dragons disappeared. 

Finally, Meghan made it to the center of the hurricane. Where is he? Thought Meghan. All too soon, a blast of lightning hit her. It made her unbalanced. “ Ah. Don’t you see me, Meghan?” Said a deep, evil voice that was as low as the pit of Tartarus. Meghan shivered. She knew that voice. Afterall, she dreamt about it every night. Another blast of lightning struck at her. She dodged it, but it was still scary. “ I thought that you would see me, since we share a special connection don’t you think? Mused the evil voice. “ I… I am not afraid of you DRAEGAN!”  Meghan said, though she was truly afraid.The name stopped the hurricane and all the dragons that were left lined up in a straight line. Black spots were in her eyes. She blinked, but they didn’t go away, Slowly they formed the figure of a man. He had black hair as dark as his soul dipped in blood. White skin covered him with the showing of bones. Wings centered him at his back, but they were not like her wings. It was as if a dragon and a vampire bat had a child and the child had a kid with Tartarus. That was his wings. Spider webs were on his arms. Night and true darkness wrapped around him, making a toga with his victims as a belt. Tortured souls reflected off his outfit. Two small yet terrifying fangs dangled from his mouth, while the rest of his teeth were pointed. And his eyes were as red as blood. Meghan realized that the Company of Light was next to her, but they were too frightened to talk. “Draegan” said Tony. Draegan turned his head to Tony “ Be quiet, child of the sea god, my business is not with you. It is with your twin. And I shall say this, do  not attempt to fight me. Your older brother, the one who has, well no body to be in ( Tony looked like he wanted to kill Draegan, but then looked scared when he mentioned a big brother that has no body) already tried to defeat me, but look how it ended for him. Now be quiet.” Draegan said. Tony disobediently obliged. Draegan turned back to Meghan. “ Now Meghan, you have impressed me with your powers, but I won’t be defeated so easily. Why don’t you live up to your fate. I assure you, no one will get hurt if you live your destiny.” Pointed out Draegan. “ But if you rebel against it, well, there's worse things than death child.” Meghan was scared. If Draegan told her friends about her “destiny” then she would be all alone again. Meghan gathered up her courage and said “ NO!” The sinister grin on Draegan quickly turned into a raging sneer “ Then why don’t I start what I have wanted to do, DESTROYING EVERYTHING, INCLUDING YOU!” Draegan pointed a finger at Stella and Bloom. A dark light came from his hand. Swirling around the two, the darkness was making them weak by covering their light and flames. That made Meghan mad. She started feeling her curse coming out. Then, Draegan flipped his other hand toward Musa and Tecna, and a muted spell came, trying to silence them, making the two fairies weak too. Meghan felt even more angrier than before and so did the curse, feeding off her feelings. Then, a drought tornado came from his left hand, wrapping around Aisha and Flora and sucking the magic out of them, causing them to look drowsy.  Madder and madder did Meghan feel, and the stronger and darker did her curse came. Finally, Draegan pulled the last straw by zapping Tony unconscious. All the dragons were licking there lips, hoping to feast on new treats. Suddenly, Meghan felt so mad that when she shouted, she hardly recognized her voice. She roared her dragon roar. “ YOU WANT IT DRAEGAN?! WELL COME AND GET IT!” Yelled Meghan in a ferocious tone. “ ETERNAL NIGHT!” Pure blackness spread from her body and making the world around her dimmer. Was it her imagination, or was Draegan.. Smiling? “ Good… Good. Now to leave.” And when Draegan left, everyone was fine. Except for Meghan. She could not believe what happened. “ No….nonononoNO!” Said Meghan as she landed, realizing her mistake. Everyone was looking at the sky. “ IT'S NIGHT!” Screamed Stella Then Drew said something Meghan would never forgive. “ Yeah because the fairy of magic caused it. SHE MADE ETERNAL NIGHT! She IS EVIL!” Everyone looked scared. Ashamed of what she did, Meghan ran away.

Tony was shocked at the night. Stella was trying to make the sun come up and bring back light, but then yesterday, she collapsed from being too weak without the sun to energize her and casting all those lights spell were tiring. Meghan did this? He knew about her curse, but she had not showed up to class for three days. He was getting worried.  She was not coming out of their temporary room. She had now requested and will receive the Tower of the Christmas Star.  The door was locked. Finally, Tony went outside, flew up to the window, and got in. Meghan was lying on her bed, crying. “ Sis, you okay?” Asked Tony. Meghan replied with more sobbing. “ Uh, I’m going to take that as a no. Come on, I want to show you my favorite place in Alfea, Actually, no one knows about it. So, I suggest bringing a towel, bathing suit, a cover up and your problems. And well, maybe tissues.” Meghan got up, wiped her tears, and then was go in a flash.  Super speed. In a second, she was back with everything. She was smiling a small smile. Good, she starting to get better. “ Um, I  think no one will want to see us, so I will say the directions and you teleport us there. Okay?” Tony told Meghan the directions, then Meghan grabbed his hand. In a flash, they were gone. When Tony could see again ( had a lot of  nausea at first ) he saw Meghan smiling with awe. “ OMG IT’S A POOL! WITH A DIVING BOARD AND SLIDE!” Screamed Meghan. She took off her cover up. “ Wait, why is it special?” Tony said “ You know how that sociopath said something about an older brother we have? And Mrs. Faragonda told you about are oldest brother who saved  you?” Meghan nodded. “ Well…” Tony screamed  “ Percy!” Meghan looked around. Suddenly, a whirlpool formed in the middle of the pool. Meghan slowly backed away from it. Then, something came from the water. A teenage boy with an orange shirt, faded blue jeans, jet black hair, tan skin, and emerald sea green eyes emerged. A small  golden crown with bright blue sapphires was crooked on his head. He looked normal, well except for the fact that well, he was a spirit. The spirit said ¨ Hey Tony, how are you? By the way WHO IS THIS AND WHY IS SO DARK!¨ yelled him. Meghan stepped forward. ¨ Hi. I am Meghan and an evil sociopath made me so angry that I caused an eternal night. Tony is my twin.¨ The spirit looked startled, then a smile crept on his face. ¨ Meghan? Is it really you?¨ whispered the spirit. Meghan looked shocked, then she looked like she remembered something. ¨ When I was born, I...saw you. Percy?¨ Percy smiled. ¨ Hey little sis.¨ 

Meghan and Tony jumped into the water and gave the big brother a hug. Meghan explained everything that had happened, including her causing night time forever. Meghan explained Draegan, what he said, the dragons and well, her being  the fairy of magic. Percy explained a little more about their father and Meghan´s connection to Draegan. Draegan was their older brother who turned evil.  And the fact about how he became a spirit. He also explained how she became a fairy. When Tony got to the most recent part, Percy said “ Wow, you came farther than I did, sis. But the problem is your destiny. You knew about you causing an eternal night, right?¨ Meghan slowly nodded. ¨ Well, I do remember a cure for an eternal night. Find the Flower of Apollo, formed by a drop of sun that fell from the heavens. . If you can find it and bring it back to Alfea, the eternal night will be lifted. But watch out for Draegan. If I'm right, he will try and stop you. I think the Winx should have the quest.” said Percy. “ Wait, what about me”¨ asked Meghan. “ He did say the Winx , didn’t he?” said Tony with a huge grin on his face. Meghan gasped, then let a huge scream that sounded like a million chihuahuas in a soprano choir. Percy opened and closed his mouth. ¨ Welp, there go my ears ¨ Meghan said “ Sorry! Wait, we should tell headmistress Faragonda about this.” Tony nodded. “ Good Luck Tony and Meghan, make me proud.” Meghan gave Percy one more hug and then grabbed Tony's hand, and transported them to the office of Faragonda.

“Well, I forgot about that flower. That will do the trick.” said the headmistress. Tony looked at his fellow teammates and said “We should leave in 2 hours. Who knows how long this journey will take. We should pack some camping supplies, 1 or 2 books about the flower and its history, food, water and well light.” His friends nodded. Stella said “ Who will lead us?” Bloom thought for a minute before saying “I led you before on many missions, but I think we should let someone else lead this quest. Maybe, Meghan?” Meghan jumped out of her seat. “ ME!? Why me?” “ Because you are more powerful than us. Also, you only can pick the flower and lead us.” Said Flora. “ But Bloom is the fairy of the fricking Dragon Flame!” replied Meghan, waving her hands to showcase Bloom. Bloom smiled, knelt down and put her hands on Meghan’s shoulders. “ And you are the Fairy of Magic. I know you think I’m more powerful, but even the Dragon Flame has its limits. Magic doesn’t. The Dragon Flame can be extinguished, don’t look surprised Meghan.” said Bloom when Meghan had a look of shock on her face. Bloom continued. “ But Magic lives on and on and on. You can do things that no one else can even imagine. The Great Dragon was the most powerful being in the worlds. Everyone thought that heck, even me, until I met you. You may have a dark curse, Meghan, but every power, even that curse, can be used for good. Your special, Meghan. Don’t ever doubt that.” Meghan’s eyes watered, then she hugged Bloom. Bloom hugged back, holding tight.  “You ready?” Meghan agreed. Tony, Tecna and Musa found a huge yet easy to pack book about the flower. Stella, Bloom and Flora found somethings that would light up. Aisha found camping supplies with everything they needed. And Meghan brought a thick book about dragons and dark magic sensing. “ I don't want any more surprises.”Meghan told Tony. And soon, they were off.

Flora was right, Meghan was born to lead thought Tony. When they got attacked by a hydra, Meghan used its own heads and acid against it. ( Stella actually cut off the heads, which made it worse) When an avalanche happened because of twin baby hellhounds, Meghan’s eyes glowed and she went all avatar( meaning controlling the elements ) and stopped the quake. She also said that the baby hellhounds were their older brother’s tamed hellhound's baby siblings. Meghan was right, they were tame. One had a gold marking with blue waves, the other a platinum marking with a dragon, a moon and a star.  And then, to everyone’s shock, they could shrink down to the size of shih tzus. Tony got the gold boy ( Meghan told him it was a boy ) and Meghan got the platinum girl. He named his Fluff ( the name says it all ) and Meghan named hers Cookie. Their new pets couldn’t shadow travel yet, so Meghan got Aisha, Bloom and Musa on super-sized Cookie  while Techna, Flora and Stella got on  super-sized Fluff with Tony driving and Meghan teleported them to their next stop. After 5 days, they finally reached the location of the flower. There were huge rocks like stairs. A rainbow waterfall fell into a sapphire lake. And in the middle of the lake was a floating mountain. On the tippity top, there was a golden glow, except it was dull. The night, it's making the glow dull thought Tony. It took several attempts to reach it, but they couldn't see a path. “We should camp out tonight, then start the journey tomorrow.” said Meghan. Everyone agreed wearily. After setting up, Bloom made a campfire. Aisha brought some marshmallows and soon, everyone was making s'mores. “ I’m scared” said Meghan. Everyone looked at her. “ What if I fail? Nobody will like me. And then Percy…” “ Who is Percy? ” asked Tecna . “ Oh No! I was not suppose to tell..” “ We know what you mean Meghan. ” Tony and Meghan looked at Bloom with confusion. “ I saw you teleport, and me and Aisha followed your heat to the secret pool. Percy is your oldest brother. He fought Draegan in order to protect you, and after you were safe, Draegan attacked him and turned him into a spirit with no body. My older sister Daphne had the exact same problem. But I saved her from the curse of Sirenix. She is a nymph. The Nymph of Domino, my home planet, also called Nymph of Sirenix, the fairy stage you were born with in order to survive underwater. Meghan, your older brother is already proud of you. “ Thanks Bloom” said Meghan. She yawned. And then soon, Meghan drifted off to sleep with the image of Percy back to his regular demigod self, smiling at her with pride and love.

When she woke up, she realized it was 9:00 pm. They traveled late so they can get more rest. She changed her outfit, brushed her hair, put her anklet shoes on and went outside. Meghan then saw her friends trying cross the water. But even Aisha was having trouble.  “ Wait here” said Meghan to her friends.. She walked to the edge of the lake, then started running on water. In a matter of minutes she was on the island. Then she  froze the water, making a bridge. Soon everyone was across and on the island. 

3 hours later, on the top of the hill

Meghan was tired, but she kept on going. Who knew that the hill was slippery? And that it had negatite plants? ( Poor Tony still had the marks.) After trudging for another hour, they found the source of the light. A 13 inch flower was in the center. The flower's stem was made out of emeralds. Golden petals that looked like liquid heaven hanged from the  yellow diamond  center. The petals were hanging low at a hypnotizing length. Seven small yet silk like pistils had miniature suns on the edge. “ The Lily of Apollo, it's beautiful .” said Stella. Beautiful did not describe it. Godly was the right word. Meghan was about to pick it when a scream came from Bloom. When she turned around, she saw her friends on the ground groaning. Tony, on the other hand, was missing. She was about to run to her friends when a shadow came out of nowhere. “ Ah, we meet again Meghan.” said Draegan. “What do you want Draegan? Shouldn't you be licking your wounds like a good kitty?” Meghan teased. A evil grin spread across his face. “No, I am here for that flower. Instant Death!” yelled Draegan. Meghan hid from the attack, but a tiny drop landed on the flower. Unfortunately, Meghan did not notice. Meghan transformed, attacking Dragon with magic spells. Draegan did the same. But soon, exhausted Meghan fell, near the flower. She saw it dying. With a cold realization, she knew that the death spell hit the flower. “ Now, to finish you!” Meghan braced herself for the end, when someone shielded the spell. “ Tony!” Meghan said. Her twin casted a forcefield around them. “ HURRY! Heal the flower!” yelled Tony, sweat beading his face. “Not without you.”Meghan said. She grabbed his hand and they circled around the flower. The same light from when in the infirmary surrounded them again. The flower glowed brighter and stronger.  Suddenly, the Great Dragon came from Meghan’s heart. ¨ WHAT? NOOOOO!¨ screamed Draegan as the light of the Great Dragon, Tony and Meghan broke the shield, healing everything that was tortured from Draegan, as he died.

When Meghan woke up, she was seeing daylight. Day!! ¨ OMG ITS DAY AGAIN!¨ Meghan ran outside to see everyone dancing. All the students gave her warm welcome. Except for Drew and her gang. She saw Faragonda telling everyone about how her curse was not gone, but she could use it for good. Blinding villains, all the perks. Tony was announced the Fairy of Healing, for his brave act. ¨ And now, a special surprise for the twins.¨ said the headmistress. A curtain opened, and Percy was standing there, no longer a spirit. Just his normal self. Aisha, his cousin was crying with joy gave him a hug. Tony, her father Poseidon ( Meghan saw him and talked to him before the news. She had her daddy back!) joined too. Meghan ran up to the podium and gave him a hug. For the first time in her life, everything perfect.
